This week in Box Butte District Court Danny J. Hudson, 33 of Alliance, was sentenced to one year in prision with the Nebraska Department of Correctional Services for possession of marijuana with intent to deliver, a Class 4 felony. He pleaded guilty to the charge Sept. 9, but was originally charged with possession of methamphetamine between 10 and 27 grams, a Class ID felony. The charge stems from a Feb. 27 incident.Hudson is eligible for parole in six months.
Briana H. Rawle, 27 of Alliance, received 18-36 months for a Class 4 felony theft by receiving (third or subsequent offense), a Class 4 felony. On Sept. 23 she pleaded guilty to the charge. In exchange, a second count was dismissed, though previous offenses are listed from Sept. 10, 2012, and July 18, 2013, in Scotts Bluff County Court. Rawle is eligible for parole in nine months.
